Children's Yoga

Creative movements to help  improve  flexibility of the body and mind !

Yogi Jo will teach the children simple tricks to help them be calm, stay focus and be creative.

Aerial Yoga

Using silks will allow gravity to lengthen the spine and have safe alignment in poses.

Important to note: when doing an Aerial classdress with clothing that is cotton, non silky clothes. No zippers, No velcro, No buttons. 

hatha

"breathing system" or union of the breath and movement in a creative sequence of steps.

The class on the calendar will be called  "Slow Flow" or Flow"
